9 October 2012

On 6th October, thousands of Australians from all walks of life took to the street across Australia to speak out for animals in the live export trade. Our message was simple: We will not vote for a party that supports live exports.

More than a dozen spirited speakers addressed crowds across the country. Animals Australia Campaign Director, Lyn White spoke to a large crowd at the Melbourne rally.

Thanks to the efforts of all those who helped organise and who attended, these rallies made headlines across the country, in all major newspapers and was covered in the evening news on ABC, Channel 7, Channel 9, Channel 10 and SBS.

Stay loud — keep rallying for the animals

The animals urgently need every caring Australian to speak out.

Thank you

If you were one of the many who came out to make your voice heard then we salute you!

Thank you also to all the volunteers who helped make these rallies a success.
